Point-of-Use Waste Gas Treatment with Condensate Separator JUNIPER
The electrostatic condensate separator JUNIPER reliably and cost-effectively removes condensable organic compounds (VOC´s) like those that accrue in manufacturing fabs in the photovoltaic industry. The system prevents exhaust blockage through condensates.
JUNIPER separation rates are up to 98 %. The system reduces the overall carbon content of waste gases, and in addition, separates dusts from the waste gases. Essential advantages of this system are its low energy consumption and small foot print. Access for operating and maintenance is found on the front and back sides as at most DAS tools.
JUNIPER — Operating Principle
The waste gas flows are entered quickly into the system. Hot waste gas enters a cooler and the temperature is reduced to the organic compounds’ condensation temperature. Afterwards, aerosols are channeled through separator columns, where its ionised, and condensed components are deposited on grounded metal tubes. The separated condensate flows back into the tank where it is collected. It can be pumped out automatically or drained manually.
Electrostatic Condensate Separation with JUNIPER at the Point-Of-Use
JUNIPER is an electrostatic condensate separator and capable of handling waste gas flows up to 1000 m³/h as they accrue for example in the photovoltaics industry. Volatile, condensable organic compounds are removed reliably and cost-effectively.
