Waste Gas Abatement with Particle Separators

Particle separators use an electric field to clean process waste gases from particles, aerosols and condensate. Our systems filter micro and nanoparticle-containing or aerosol-containing process waste gases. For the treatment of condensable organic compounds, we offer an electrostatic condensate separator. The compact filters are easy to maintain and require only few space.

EDC – Waste Gas Treatment by Electrostatic Dust Collection at the Point-Of-Use

Our Electrostatic Dust Collector EDC treats of micro and nanoparticle-containing or aerosol-containing process waste gases at the point-of-use. These waste gases accrue for example, in solar cell, Led and semiconductor manufacturing.

DALEA – Point-of-Use Waste Gas Treatment by Rotary Fine Dust Collector

The rotary fine dust collector reduces the emission of microparticles and very fine dust particles up to 98 %. With a high capacity of 390 m³/h, its compact structure only requires a small floor area. DALEA can generally be connected downstream from most systems for process waste gas disposal. Access for operation and maintenance is from the front or the back.

RDC – Dust Solution for DAS Burn/Wet Abatements

The systems of the RDC range use centrifugal force to separate fine dust particles. They are based on the purely mechanical rotor-stator principle.

The rotor works as a blower and moves the waste gas forward; this prevents any loss of pressure and even supports the extraction that normally follows.
