The construction, repair, cleaning, decommissioning and maintenance of systems for handling substances hazardous to water may only be carried out by specially qualified companies if there is an increased risk potential. Since March 2019, DAS Environmental Expert GmbH has been certified by TÜV NORD as a specialist company in accordance with the Water Resources Act (WHG) / specialist company in accordance with §62 AwSV.
