Successful Warm Commissioning: Advanced Water Treatment Plant at Okmetic, Finland
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of another key milestone at our customer Okmetic in Finland: the “warm commissioning” of the water treatment plant.
The plant is equipped with three lines for chemical-physical treatment of
Weak hydrogen fluoride
Silica waste drain
Weak waste acid.
Key steps included comprehensive plant walk-throughs and visual inspections to ensure all systems were functioning correctly and safely. The process included among others fine-tuning process controls and adjusting chemical dosing. Continuous monitoring and observation of plant behavior enabled us to quickly establish a reliable, automated operation with high effluent quality.
