Synergistic EHS solutions for Waste Gas and Water Treatment

At SESHA 2026, DAS Environmental Experts will present its environmental technologies for the high-tech and semiconductor industries, with a clear focus on integrated water and waste gas treatment. In an industry where safety, health, environmental excellence, sustainability, and compliance are key requirements, we will showcase practical, technology-based solutions for responsible operation.

Our Focus Topics at a Glance

The focus of our presence will be on our innovative TSUGA system – a stand-alone solution for secondary waste gas treatment of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter, which combines selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with ammonia for highly efficient NOx reduction of up to 95% and removes particulate matter almost completely (up to 99.9%) using an effective membrane filter. TSUGA is characterized by minimal energy consumption thanks to heat recovery, high capacity, high negative pressure stability, and low NH₃ slip – thus complementing other waste gas and water treatment systems in semiconductor manufacturing.

We will also be showcasing our expertise in water treatment, which works in close synergy with our waste gas solutions and helps to use resources efficiently, reliably comply with limit values, and ensure sustainable operating processes.
