Planning & Design

We support you from the initial consultation through planning to the construction and commissioning of your plant. As a turnkey provider, we deliver comprehensive engineering services – process engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.

Comprehensive Plant Planning for Industrial Requirements

The planning of an industrial wastewater treatment plant places high demands on technical know-how, interdisciplinary expertise and precise coordination processes. As a turnkey provider, we accompany customers from a wide range of industries from the initial idea sketch to the commissioning of the finished plant. Our goal is to develop solutions that are durable, economical and technically convincing – regardless of how complex the boundary conditions are.

Our planning services combine process design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and modern automation into a consistent overall concept. This results in a plan that is both technically robust and enables smooth implementation.

Your advantages:

  • One contact person for all trades

  • Fewer interfaces → lower project risks

  • Shorter construction and project durations

  • Greater planning reliability

  • Tailor-made solutions for complex or confined installation areas

Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Planning

Mechanical and electrical planning form a closely interlinked unit at our company. Both areas work together from the outset on the design of the plant in order to realise a technically consistent and fully coordinated solution.

In doing so, we develop installation and piping plans, define all relevant components, take industry-specific requirements into account and integrate the necessary measurement, control and regulation technology.

Our engineering teams create complete 3D models to accurately represent the subsequent installation and identify potential collisions or bottlenecks at an early stage. At the same time, the electrical engineering planning is carried out, including detailed circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams as well as the specification of all sensors, actuators and safety devices.

One key advantage is our in-house switch cabinet production. This enables us to tailor the switchgear precisely to the respective project requirements and ensure the highest quality standards. This close connection between mechanical design, electrical engineering and in-house production results in plant planning that is both technically precise and efficient to implement.

A group of people collaborates over a large technical blueprint spread on a table, with various pipe fittings and connectors placed on the plan, indicating a discussion or planning session related to plumbing or engineering design.

Automation and Process Control

A modern wastewater treatment plant requires an automation concept that continuously supports both operational safety and efficiency. Our systems stabilise processes even with highly variable inflows, ensure reliable control of all relevant parameters and enable economical plant operation.

The advantages of our automation solutions at a glance:

  • Automation of recurring process steps for faster workflows and significantly easier operation

  • Remote access via the internet or VPN for continuous monitoring of plant performance and rapid response to deviations

  • Mobile alarm notifications for maximum responsiveness of operating personnel, regardless of location

  • Reduction of operating costs through intelligent control strategies that sustainably optimise the use of time, energy and resources

The combination of precise process control, comprehensive monitoring and intuitive operation results in an automation concept that contributes to the long-term operational safety and economic efficiency of the entire plant.
