International Talents Wanted

For the first time — DAS campaign partner of Intap

On October 11th, 2019 the new campaign of the project organisation Intap starts with a big kick-off event in the town hall. Under the motto “International Talent Wanted” Dresden presents itself to the participating international students as an attractive business location as well as a cosmopolitan and diverse cultural city for international graduates.

The campaign is based on a broad commitment of society, science and economy and is welcomed by the Mayor of Dresden, Dirk Hilbert. Among a multitude of campaign elements, such as posters in the city, there will also be a “Pitch & Match” event. Here, the participating companies will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to potential employees in short presentations. This will be followed by a get-together.

#internationaltalentwanted

Intap — the international talent project has the goal to support the securing of skilled workers in Dresden by employing international students, researchers and top talents. The focus here is on sensitisation, the provision of information and networking between companies and graduates in order to open up attractive prospects of staying in Dresden.

DAS as an attractive employer for international talents

As an international company, it is also important to us to promote talent from research and science here in Dresden and to provide them with an attractive working environment. We currently employ around 500 people of more than 20 different nationalities. Working in a multicultural environment shapes our employees and creates opportunities for personal and professional development. As a project supporter, we want to counter the loss of skilled workers and integrate international graduates into the Dresden economy after graduation.
