SESHA 46th Annual Symposium
SESHA is the leading association for environmental, safety and health protection in the USA. The 46th SESHA Annual Symposium will take place in Pheonix, Arizona from April 22 to 25 and we are delighted to be there again this year with our Environmental Experts.
A special highlight: Dr. Anita Haupt, Director Process Design Water Treatment, will give a keynote speech on “Arsenic treatment: Wastewater treatment as alternative to dry gas adsorption” on April 23. Despite its hazardous nature, arsenic plays a crucial role in semiconductor manufacturing due to its unique properties and applications. The arsenic residues that are not used in the manufacturing processes end up in the waste gas streams and pose a significant environmental and health risk. Dry adsorbent cartridges are used as a common treatment method. An alternative approach is the use of a point-of-use (POU) combustion/wet cleaning system. In her presentation, Dr. Anita Haupt will present the results of a detailed study on this approach with wastewater from high-tech industrial processes, focusing on the benefits, opportunities and challenges.
We look forward to sharing and deepening our expertise on EHS solutions for environment, health and safety with you. We look forward to welcoming you at our booth #26.
