DAS expands Customer Care in Southern Germany

Our DAS service team is on duty for our customers worldwide 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From professional commissioning to continuous technical support, they are available to clarify all service issues. Proximity to the customer also plays an essential role.

In addition to numerous, successful customer relationships in Asia and North America, DAS has been able to win more and more customers from the semiconductor industry in Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland in recent years. This development, coupled with the distinctive DAS performance claim, has been the decisive factor for the establishment of a service office in Regensburg at the beginning of the new year.

Faster response times, better availability of spare parts for our customers, high cost savings and the reduction of our carbon footprint through less travel – the benefits for our customers and the environment were decisive arguments for opening the new location. And our service team in southern Germany has also found a new “home” here and can from now on further expand the fast and professional support requested by our customers.
