Das Trockenbrenner‑Verfahren (Burn-Dry) bietet eine besonders zuverlässige und nachhaltige Point-of-Use-Lösung für die Abgasbehandlung in Prozessen mit hohen Wasserstoff‑ und Ammoniakfrachten sowie kleinerer Anteile metallorganischer Verbindungen und Silan. Damit ist es optimal für die Reinigung von Abgasen aus MOCVD-, LED-, µLED-, GaN- und EUV-Prozesse geeignet.
